Architecture Decision Records

This folder holds progressive architecture decisions for emob-financial-models.

Use numbered ADR files such as 0001-title.md, 0002-title.md, and so on.

Current ADRs

• ADR 0001 — Financial Models Rework: methodology alignment, terminology, parameter taxonomy, doc-site reorganization, Maxwell v12 as reference artifact, Kenya-first market models.
• ADR 0002 — Standards Posture: adopt industry terminology; distrust incumbent technology/cost baselines; disruption stance with documented deviation register.
• ADR 0003 — Rider Modality Matrix: vehicle tenure × battery tenure; base case OVRB; VOR/VRS retired as aliases; warranty-risk linkage.
• ADR 0004 — Asset-Provider Layer and Purchase-Mode Parity: every rent tenure implies an owning service-provider BUFM (income + risk); cash = financed "own", differing only in total purchase cost.
• ADR 0005 — Phase 5 Re-Cut: full engine first, reproduction of earlier models as each step's milestone, offer artifact as enforced deadline; no new math without a reproduction target.
